Bali and the Way forward for Adaptation under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

An examination and analysis of the evolution of
climate change adaptation under the UNFCCC and what
are the possibilities for future for the issue of
adaptation.

Rawleston Moore joined the GEF in 2007 after being a
climate negotiator for Barbados at the Ministry of
Health and the Environment. He has worked on climate
change adaptation projects in small island states in
the Caribbean.
