OEP utilizes the resources and talented faculty of the University of Maryland as well as the practitioner community in the design and delivery of tailored executive educational programs geared to the production of high impact systematic change. Close interaction with experienced professionals and program faculty is fostered in all OEP programs so knowledge is gained alongside practical real world application. Programs typically include traditional academic classes, experiential exercises, small group interactions, and case studies.

OEP incorporates a variety of teaching formats calibrated to our client's needs. Programs are held on the College Park campus, at client sites, and by distance learning technology. Programs are offered on a for-credit and not-for-credit basis. OEP programs run from day-long and week-long events, through four- course (twelve-credit) certificates, to one-year specialized degree programs.

OEP will work with you to modify an existing program or will develop a unique program that will successfully address the specific educational and training needs and challenges of your organization or agency.
