OEP offers federal agencies and private organizations the opportunity to develop custom tailored degree programs for their employees. Degree programs incorporate a variety of teaching formats calibrated to our client's needs and typically include traditional academic classes, experiential exercises, small group interactions, and case studies. Programs are held on the College Park campus, at client sites, and via distance learning technology, such as on-line, videoconferencing, and satellite delivery.

Faculty for degree programs are comprised of the Maryland School of Public Policy's nationally renowned, resident practitioner-scholars as well as adjunct faculty and outside consultants who are preeminent in the field. For tailored degree programs, an Academic Director works with clients and students throughout the program to ensure the best possible and most relevant education is delivered. Textbooks, case studies and other relevant course materials are provided for each course.
