Technical Assistance
Drawing upon both years of experience from our instructors and up-to-the-minute research in the field, OEP offers consulting services and individual products that can help your organization. Ranging from specialized consultation outside of our educational programs to digital organization surveys, OEP can provide your organization with services to fit any educational need.
Clients can employ OEP's consulting expertise and assistance in assessing organizational needs, understanding legislative and executive mandates, complying with policy regulations, and building the capacities of an agency's internal staff to address these issues. OEP has significant experience conducting studies, performing analyses and writing reports. Specifically, OEP personnel have expertise with the Government Results and Performance Act (GRPA), OMB Circulars A-11 and A-76, the President's Management Agenda, and individual agency management plans. In addition, OEP, listed as University System of Maryland, is qualified to be on the GSA/MOBIS Schedule effective July 16, 2003.
OEP's access to a network of outstanding faculty-practitioners allows us to conduct thorough assessments of leadership and management needs and on-going, new, or proposed training programs, and to provide clients with detailed analyses of effective alternatives. OEP works closely with its clients to gather progress reports over the course of a project to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of project objectives. Moreover, OEP conducts quality evaluations and client satisfaction surveys on all of its work.
